Engineering work is finished. What's next?

It was a long trip. Now I am ready to start production stage, but before that I want to understand the market grip and demand for this 75 KW model. I want to invite everyone to bring my product to the market.

I have the following thoughts. It can be a volunteer that will purchase the 1st sample of the CoolTank 75KW without my sales premium. Nevertheless, the 1st sample may not be flawless, but anyway, it will be able to work safely. Or I can create a crowdfunding event or even go to a Startup incubator for financing.

I am keen to know your opinion on what is the best way to proceed.
